Dr. Christine Bielinski
BIO
Dr. Christine Bielinski obtained her bachelor’s degree in communication and master’s degree in counseling, both from Arizona State University. She attained her doctorate degree in psychology from Grand Canyon University. Dr. Bielinski did a post graduate internship in marriage and family therapy as well as in Biblical counseling before pursuing private practice. Dr. Bielinski achieved her coaching credentials as a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the world renown Co-Active Training Institute, one of the most rigorous international coach training organizations that help set the standard for coach training worldwide.
Dr. Bielinski’s mission is for people to live their life knowing their identity and worth is firmly grounded in Christ’s love and His sufficient and final sacrifice for them. She revels in empowering individuals to become all God designed them to be.
In her counseling practice, Dr. Bielinski assists her clients as they travel through many of life’s changes as well as emotional roadblocks that manifest themselves as depression, anxiety, sexual and physical abuse and self-worth. She has a special interest in ministering to women who have been affected by their spouse’s sexual brokenness or pornography and sexual addiction. She integrates Biblical truth and sound psychological principles to foster wellness in the individuals, couples and families she counsels.
In her coaching practice, Dr. Bielinski is an expert at coaching executives, entrepreneurs, medical professionals, and professional athletes, through asking powerful and life changing questions. She assists her clients in breaking through to a higher level with greater impact. Dr. Bielinski empowers her clients to sever negative, habitual thinking and behavior that stifles performance, success and innovation.
As an educator, Dr. Bielinski currently serves as an adjunct faculty member for Phoenix Seminary in Scottsdale, Arizona. She has also served as a faculty member for Grand Canyon University, where she taught counseling and coaching courses, and Paradise Valley Community College where she taught coursework for women in transition and for individuals who desired to hone their writing skills.
As a writer and speaker, Dr. Bielinski has also written curriculum for a church-based lay counseling ministry and frequently presents on these materials. She has also created materials for and spoken on such topics as Understanding Depression; Your Identity in Christ for Women and Teenage Girls; Developmental Milestones for Children; Coping with Anxiety; Understanding Postpartum Depression and Understanding Sexual Addiction, as well as performance and sports psychology related topics. She has been on both television and radio and was featured as a guest therapist on an Arizona morning show entitled, “Sonoran Living”, where she discussed how mothers can assist their daughters in establishing a healthy self-concept and body image.
