Dr. Jen Bennett
Dr. Jen Bennett is a builder of people, programs, and ecosystems at the intersection of faith and entrepreneurship. With over two decades of experience in education spanning youth ministry, K–12 teaching, school leadership, and higher education, she now serves as the Director of Teaching, Curricular and Co-Curricular Experiences for the Center for L.I.F.E. (Leading the Integration of Faith and Entrepreneurship) at Miami University.
In this role, Jen equips educators and institutions to integrate faith and entrepreneurship across disciplines and campuses. She leads the development and expansion of L.I.F.E. Student Chapters, a growing national network of student-led chapters supported by a shared leadership framework that shapes the next generation of faith-driven entrepreneurial leaders. She has written curriculum, including, Do Good Work, designed to help students see their work as meaningful, impactful, and rooted in purpose.
Jen has designed and led high-impact initiatives, including pitch competitions, speaker series, leadership retreats, and cross-campus collaborations that empower students to launch ventures and lead with conviction. Her work extends beyond a single campus through the launch of the Faith + Entrepreneurship Special Interest Group (SIG) at USASBE, where she convenes educators committed to advancing teaching and programming in this emerging field.
A frequent conference speaker and national collaborator, Jen shares best practices on building faith-driven entrepreneurial ecosystems in higher education. She is the author of #BeWorthFollowing: How to Be Different and Influence People in a Crowded Social World, host of the She Impacts Culture podcast, and founder of The Waco Gathering, a leadership experience for Christian women entrepreneurs.
