Jason Hundley
BIO
Jason is a follower of Jesus, a husband to his wife, Emily, and a father to his four children, Wyatt, Logan, Ellie, and Mia. He is also the Worship and Arts pastor at Fellowship Bible Church in Dalton, Georgia where he weekly leads his friends in worshipping Jesus. Having worked as and with creatives for many years, he has developed a love for communicating the transforming power of the gospel through video, writing, public speaking, songwriting, and disciple-making.
A graduate of Bryan College, he received his degree in Musical Theatre. He is no stranger to being in front of people and loves to use his platform to encourage believers in their walk with God. He has co-written a number of songs with both indie singer-songwriters and signed professionals alike. Two of those songs that he is especially proud of are, “Shadow of your Wings” by Aryn Michelle and “Where You’ll Find Me” by Mark Alan Schoolmeesters.
In the past, he served as a youth pastor, a children’s pastor, and a worship pastor at churches in Alabama and Tennessee. He loves Dalton and loves his church family there. He is passionate to see how God uses his voice to draw people into deep relationship with their king. He is especially excited to be writing about the believer’s heart and how God shapes, purifies, and blesses the believer through it.
“See how great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we would be called children of God; and such we are. For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.” – I John 3:1-2
