Helen Arnold followed her dream of helping others by working as an intensive care nurse and then as a specialist public health nurse. When her youngest child faced life-threatening health issues, and another required educational support, she sought refuge in the Word and with her Lord. These tender moments inspired her Not So Secret Love Letters as she wants others to have opportunities to meet the God who still speaks today.

Not So Secret Love Letters has grown to over 12,000 followers and received over 800,000 views on Instagram and TikTok. Her popular devotionals are helping people of all ages find and follow Jesus.

Helen enjoys hiking in the Californian Sunshine with her husband. You can find her speaking with Jesus as she climbs the nearby golden hills with her dogs, Bingley the Bernedoodle, and his little sister, Darcy. Or as she drives hurriedly because she’s late for the school pick-up.
