Jonathan serves two organizations. At NewSpring Church in Wichita, Kansas, he is Senior Associate Pastor and Director of Leadership Training and Team Culture, where he develops leaders, shapes organizational culture, and serves on the teaching team. At Regent University, he is Assistant Professor and Academic Program Director for the MS in General Psychology program, and sits on the Institutional Review Board.
Kathy Izard is an award-winning author and speaker who helped bring transformation to Charlotte in homelessness, housing and mental health. The author of five books for adults and children, Kathy writes inspirational nonfiction to encourage people to listen for what’s calling them. Through her retreats and workshops, Kathy loves helping women find faith in their story. Kathy’s work has been featured on NPR, Katie Couric Media and the Today Show inspiring people to be changemakers in their communities.
Since 2015, speaker and author Ashley Jameson has helped churches launch groups for betrayed spouses, women struggling with sexual and relational issues, and parents seeking to guide their children through honest conversations about sex. Because she speaks from both personal and professional experience, Ashley’s teaching style is approachable, authentic, and shaped by real-life challenges.
